How does Underdawn apply to jobs?

Underdawn logs into your Dice.com account, searches for Easy Apply jobs matching your target titles, opens each one, fills in your information automatically, uploads your resume, and submits. You see every step in real time on your dashboard.

How long does each application take?

Each application takes roughly 30–90 seconds including form filling, resume upload, and confirmation. The bot adds natural pauses between applications. A 100-application session typically runs in 90–120 minutes in the background.

What is Easy Apply on Dice?

Easy Apply is Dice.com's streamlined application system where you submit your profile and resume without leaving Dice. Underdawn exclusively targets Easy Apply jobs because they can be completed fully automatically without redirecting to external ATS systems.

Do skipped jobs count against my quota?

No. Skipped jobs are always free. Your quota only decreases when a job is fully submitted and confirmed. If a job has no Easy Apply button, requires security clearance, or has already been applied to — it's skipped at zero cost.

What are the common skip reasons?

"No Easy Apply button found" means the job requires an external application and can't be automated. "Requires security clearance" means your profile has no clearance listed. "Already applied" means this URL was previously submitted. None count against your quota.

What resume formats are accepted?

PDF and DOCX are both accepted. PDF is recommended as it preserves formatting across all systems. The file must be under 16MB. Update your resume anytime from your Profile page — the new file will be used on the next bot session.

How do I update my resume?

Go to Profile → scroll to the Resume section → upload a new file. The new resume will be used immediately on the next bot run. Previous applications are not affected.

How does the quota system work?

You only pay for verified submissions — jobs where Dice confirmed receipt. Skipped jobs, failed attempts, form errors, and timeouts never count. Your dashboard always shows exactly how many verified applications remain.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Plans → Cancel subscription. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. If you have any issues, submit a support ticket and we'll handle it within 24 hours.

How does the free trial work?

Every new account gets 5 verified applications completely free — no credit card required. The bot applies to real jobs and you keep the results. After your 5 free verified submissions, upgrade to continue.

How are my Dice credentials stored?

Your Dice email and password are encrypted with AES-256 before being stored. They are decrypted only at the moment the bot needs to log in, and are never logged, displayed in plaintext, or shared with anyone.
